Prenatal Warrior Flow

During any videos, always listen to your body over guidance. If down dog doesn’t feel good today then take Childs pose and etc. The use of props is always welcomed but might not be demonstrated. Email me with any specific questions or guidance needed, I am beyond happy to help.


As always, consult your health care provider first to make sure you are in well condition to participate in a movement practice that elevates the heart rate. I believe yoga is a great option and outlet for all bodies and ages yet we are all unique with what we have experienced throughout our lives. So, listen to your body. Never proceed if sharp pain is felt in the knees, back, or any unpleasant pulling sensation. Movement is a gift, treasure it at any stage.
